Security Patches and Updates Automatically on CentOS

run:
yum update -y && yum install yum-cron -y

Note! When your are done edit the file run :
systemctl start yum-cron.service
systemctl enable  yum-cron.service
systemctl status yum-cron.service

Once the installation is complete, open /etc/yum/yum-cron.conf and locate what you want on your server.
